Can we meet to discuss my requirements?

Yes of course, we would love to hear all about your plans for your event. We offer a free no obligation consultation at your venue or I am happy to come to you at your home. It would be great at this point to see any ideas you have on how you would like to style your event so bring these along – or please feel free to send me a Pinterest board beforehand.

Will you set up my hired items for me on the day?

Yes, we are more than happy to set up any hired items. We will contact your venue to arrange the earliest and most convenient time.

Do you have a price list?

Yes – if you fill in either of the enquiry forms on the venue dressing pages you will see the option to request a price list, please tick this box and we will email over our price list to you.

Can you work to a budget?

We are more than happy to work to a budget and put together some packages that would suit your event perfectly.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We have a minimum order qty of £250 however this can be reduced should you wish to dress your venue yourself (restrictions apply).

Can I reserve my date before I know what I want?

You can reserve your date with a deposit of £25, this will be taken off your final invoice.

Do you have a delivery and set up charge?

All of the prices shown are inclusive of delivery, setup and collection within Cheshire and surrounding areas. Please contact us for delivery prices if your venue is outside of this area.

What happens if hired items are broken or go missing?

We require a £100 security bond two weeks before your event, this is fully refunded on safe return of all hired items. Upon booking you will be given a replacement cost value of all hired items, any items that are lost or unusable on return must be paid for in full.

Can we collect and set up items ourselves?

You are welcome to come and collect certain items that we hire, however, there are some items that are not included and require us to set them up at your venue. (Crystal candelabras, ceiling swags, backdrop etc)

Can I get a sample invitation?

Yes we would be more than happy to send you a sample invitation, we charge £5 per sample which will be taken off your invoice upon placing an order.

Do you do fresh flowers?

All of the flowers I use are faux. I am happy to help source fresh flowers for your event but this is excluded from the minimum order qty.
